A FOR-PROFIT CONSULTING FIRM
helping nonprofit organizations optimize their operations and performance to create greater value for the communities they serve
The Community Restoration Consulting Group (CRCG) Is an outgrowth of the nonprofit San Francisco Black Community Restoration Institute.
As Board members of SFBCRI, we began talking with nonprofits serving the Black Community in San Francisco, and quickly saw that many are facing common problems including shifting demographics, shrinking budgets, funding cutbacks, and greater scrutiny to ensure effective and efficient management and operations.
We recognized that as lifelong servant leaders, with years of experience and deep expertise in human services delivery and nonprofit leadership, we could have the greatest impact in the areas we care deeply about by offering consulting services to nonprofits facing these challenges. We formed CRCG to meet this need.
